Returns

Your Order Number which you will have received when you placed the original order. It is a 7 digit number beginning with ‘3’. This is also on the address label on your parcel, below ‘customer reference’ 

You can return your products for a refund, exchange them for a different size or colour (UK orders only), or exchange them for a gift card.

Just make sure you return your order within 28 days of receipt and make sure the products are in their original condition.

The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0 

A QR code is a type of barcode that will be emailed to you once you have made your return. Take the QR code on your phone or smart device to a Royal Mail customer service point or Post Office branch. They will scan it and print a label for you.

Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that. If you have requested a refund you will receive email confirmation once this has been sent. No, you can use our returns portal and request an exchange instead (UK orders only). Simply follow the steps above and select the item/colour/size you would like to exchange for. If the item requested is more expensive you will be able to pay the difference on the portal. If the item requested is cheaper you will be refunded the difference when we process your return. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for overseas orders.

UK Orders - If you require an exchange we will send the new size completely free of any postage charge. If you require a refund we will deduct £3 from the original cost of the merchandise to cover the return postage. The remaining balance will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the goods. If you would like store credit to the value of your order there will be no £3 deduction.

The original postage charge is only refunded if the product is faulty, or the wrong item was sent.

We understand that sometimes a product just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange (exchanges are for UK only). As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 28 days from when your order was delivered. Please note exceptions to this rule: Socks can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

If the order has already been picked or shipped out we are unable to make any amendments to your order. You can either place a new order or use our returns portal to make an exchange.
